**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent – Cross-Trained Airport Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service and meeting corporate objectives as part of a team
* Maintaining a deep understanding of both company goals and customer expectations when completing daily tasks
* Assisting customers with special needs, ticket sales, flight itinerary changes, seat assignments, and tracing mishandled luggage
* Operating motorized service vehicles and equipment, aircraft servicing, and calculating baggage and cargo weights
* Working together with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
**Minimum Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
* Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
* Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
* Successful completion of training course
* At least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or GED
* Valid driver's license
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous airline experience
* Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider
* Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
**Work Environment**
As a Customer Service Agent – Cross-Trained Airport Professional, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced airport environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels. You will be required to use computers and other office equipment, and will be expected to work all shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular shifts.
**Physical Requirements**
The physical demands of this role include:
* Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs
* Handling objects up to 70 pounds regularly
* Assisting disabled customers, including, but not limited to, pushing wheelchairs

**Job Type**
This is a part-time role, with a schedule of 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with night shifts and weekends as needed.
