Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial distribution, preferably with industrial pumps and rotating equipment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector and its challenges.
  • 3 years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, negotiate, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, basic Excel, and ERP software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving targets and objectives.
  • Effective team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential.

Education and Training

A High School Diploma is required, although a bachelor's degree is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field would be an asset.
