Job Overview

As a Customer Service and Sales Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience. This includes maintaining a clean and organized store environment, stocking the topping bar, cleaning the kitchen and equipment, and serving made-to-order products. You will also be responsible for greeting and cashing out customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the topping bar, kitchen, and dining area
  • Stock the topping bar and maintain inventory levels
  • Clean the kitchen and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Prepare and serve made-to-order products, ensuring that every item meets our high standards
  • Greet and cash out customers, handling transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
