Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on managing the prescription needs of injured workers, ensuring that all services are provided efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles within our pharmacy network to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing expert support and guidance as needed.
  • Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure the accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications, including reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Managing and updating client and claimant information across multiple systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Responding to questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information in a timely manner.
  • Adapting to changing processes and the evolving needs of our diverse client base, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
