As a Customer Experience Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling three main channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Emails for our partner merchants, customers, and dashers worldwide. Your primary goal will be to maintain an outstanding experience in every interaction, addressing time-sensitive issues such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting with professionalism and timeliness. You will develop deep expertise in how blithequark's processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes. Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience troubleshooting customer issues using email, phone, and chat. You should be fluent in English and have above-average technical fluency, including a typing speed of 40 WPM. Experience in a fast-paced customer service role and resilience in an ever-changing environment are also essential. You should have effective written communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using blithequark's brand voice and tone.
