Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to blithequark standards
  • Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer support, working collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Work effectively in a team environment, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required
