As an EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for: * Greeting and welcoming EAP Worklife customers in a friendly and professional manner, setting the tone for a positive and supportive interaction. * Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately, ensuring that their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. * Maintaining a thorough understanding of blithequark's products and services, including the EAP Worklife program, to provide expert guidance and support. * Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, active listening, and empathy. * Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. * Communicating effectively with EAP Worklife customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, adapting your communication style to meet the needs of each customer. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement. * Staying updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures related to EAP Worklife services, applying this knowledge to enhance customer support and service delivery. * Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring that customer information is secure and confidential. * Promoting the well-being of blithequark's employees by providing support and resources through the EAP Worklife program, empowering them to manage stress, improve their mental health, and achieve their goals. * Adhering to company standards and guidelines for customer service and confidentiality, this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare or related industry. * Excellent
