- Key paper applications into our database with high accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting productivity standards and deadlines
- Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing as needed
- Provide support for cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues, contributing to process improvements and enhancements
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced remote work environment
Education and Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A High School Diploma, with college preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry, administration, or a similar field
- A strong foundation in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management
