Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service and Dispatch Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a full-time member of our nocturnal shift coverage team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service, scheduling, and dispatching services to our clients and technicians. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of our mobile medical services, from scheduling and dispatching to follow-through and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from clients, patients, and technicians, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Schedule work to be done, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of services
  • Answer basic customer service questions, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Dispatch work to scheduled technicians, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources
  • Follow through on all jobs to ensure completion, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' information, including their client base, staff, and services offered
  • Work collaboratively with multiple businesses and stakeholders, prioritizing and triaging calls to optimize workflow
