Job Overview

In this full-time remote role, you will be primarily responsible for daily communication with customers for inquiries or requests pertaining to service status, reporting, or general support needs. As a key member of our customer service team, you will diagnose customers' needs and solve them at the point of contact, providing basic information about our services as well as company processes and procedures to our customers. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and critical thinking will enable you to resolve critical customer support issues in a timely manner and ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with customers to address inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding service status, reporting, or general support needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in using technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Previous experience in a call center-type environment, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume setting.
