Job Summary The Elite Job, in partnership with Delta Airlines, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Service team. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining Delta Airlines’ high standards of service. • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, baggage policies, and travel procedures. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, including delays, cancellations, and account discrepancies. • Process bookings, cancellations, refunds, and special requests efficiently. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in internal systems. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction. • Uphold company policies, security protocols, and confidentiality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote environment. • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when handling challenging situations. Experience • Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry. • Experience working in a remote or virtual setting is an advantage. Working Hours • Full-time and part-time schedules available. • Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate Delta Airlines’ global operations. • Standard remote work setup with reliable internet connection required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Knowledge of airline operations, ticketing, and travel regulations is a plus. • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Adaptability to new technologies and workflow systems.
