Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Harlingen, Texas. As a key member of our call center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

* **Answering Inbound Calls:** Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * **Making Outbound Calls:** Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. * **Maintaining Composure:** Handle escalated situations with poise and professionalism. * **Building Customer Relationships:** Develop strong relationships with customers to earn their loyalty and trust. * **Operating Accurately & Efficiently:** Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities at once. * **Creative Problem Solving:** Use your analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues.

Essential Qualifications

* **1 Year of Call Center or Customer Service Experience:** Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. * **Flexibility:** Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and events. * **Computer Proficiency:** Proficient in using computer applications and software. * **Self-Motivation:** Confident in your ability to motivate yourself and meet sales targets. * **Age and Education:** 18 years of age or older, with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

* **2+ Years of Call Center or Customer Service Experience:** Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. * **Sales Experience:** Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * **Leadership Experience:** Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams and driving results.
