**Job Summary**
We're seeking top talent for our Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones. As a compassionate customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues for our Medicare members. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
* Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely resolution of member inquiries
* Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations and ensuring they feel valued and respected
* Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved
**Training and Onboarding**
Our comprehensive 11-week training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift between 8am and 6pm in your local time zone. During this time, you'll learn about our company culture, policies, and procedures, as well as develop the skills and expertise needed to provide exceptional customer service.

**Required Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
* Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
* Equivalent military experience

* Customer service experience
* Education: High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
