As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative – Weekend Remote (Full-Time), you will be responsible for: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring seamless and efficient service. * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing expert guidance and support. * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly. * Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data, providing actionable insights and recommendations. * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information and resolving queries efficiently. * Adapting to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. * Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our team. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions. * Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. **Nice-to-Haves** While not essential, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills would be beneficial in this role, allowing you to provide expert guidance and support to our clients and their customers. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * 401(k) plan * Paid time off **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
