  • Problem Resolution: Efficiently resolve member issues within the live chat platform, escalating as needed, and ensuring seamless communication handovers if required. This may involve collaborating with other teams, such as customer service or technical support, to resolve complex issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of member interactions and resolutions within the live chat system, ensuring that all conversations are properly documented and easily accessible for future reference.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus, particularly in fields related to customer service, communications, or energy management.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a live chat operator or in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. You should be comfortable communicating with members via live chat, phone, or email, and be able to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of different members.
