**About the Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll work in our Sales and Account Management Department to assist in day-to-day operations centered around Sales and Account management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Documenting Issues**: Accurately record any customer-related issues and work orders in our system, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
* **Customer Follow Up**: Proactively follow up with customers and key accounts to ensure their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.

**Essential Qualifications**
