From our employee-run Business Resource Groups to our world-class benefits, we're dedicated to creating a workplace that's truly unique and rewarding. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our airlines operations and customer service teams. Your responsibilities will include: * Riding fitness, well-being, and fairness targets through local employee projects and onsite activities * Developing playbooks to tune quality practices and optimize employee reviews tied to business targets * Leading efforts to coordinate all logistics with local stakeholders, group volunteers, and multi-seller representatives in support of essential well-being projects * Monitoring quality practices and effects through reporting and preparing management briefings on results * Helping guide control of fulfillment to drive advanced experiences * Collaborating with a range of cross-functional relationships both internally and externally for mission readiness * Serving as branch liaison for all local employee projects and acting as point person * Supporting group leads on mission implementations and deliverables and upholding exceptional service standards * Working with a successful team in support of well-being, benefits operations, service delivery, communications, and administrative services throughout H&W programs * Travel: Benefits Roadshows (U.S. only) – 25% * Managing logistics and execution of activities, such as vendor support * Managing fine assessments on fulfillment and engagement through surveys and monitoring reports * Collaborating with the team for mission control on local implementations and tuning deliverables * Serving as central point person for all branch-subsidized activities and logistics * Leading training for volunteers for branch projects * Creating mission playbooks and controlling annual roadmap planning **Job Qualifications** blithequark values diverse perspectives and experiences, and we encourage every individual who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
