Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving consumer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of blithequark, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and handle inbound calls for our various lines of business, responding to general inquiries, resolving disputes, and processing credit and/or score reports * Interpret and analyze consumer complaints, determining the root cause of issues and routing requests to specialized departments for advanced handling * Educate consumers on dispute management and offer options for immediate resolution, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and empowering experience * Process dispute requests that require direct contact with financial institutions for additional investigation, obtaining proof to validate consumer requests and concerns * Maintain the integrity of our database by ensuring data quality and accuracy, adhering to the guidelines established by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and all applicable state and country credit regulations * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of inbound call handling experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills * Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Experience handling support requests from various channels, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions * PC/internet skills, with the ability to make fast and accurate decisions in a dynamic environment * Short-term visual memory, with the ability to retain and recall critical information * Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge and standard operational procedures **Additional Requirements:** * Pass our Employee Background Screen, which includes a criminal background check, previous employment, and education verification * Clear our pre-employment screening process **Benefits and Perks:** As a valued member of the blithequark team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, life, and dental insurance * Asociacion Solidarista * International Share Save Plan * Flex Work/Work from Home * Paid time off * Annual Performance Bonus * Education Reimbursement * Family Bonding * Bereavement Leave * Referral Program * And more! **Work Environment and Culture:** blithequark is committed to creating a thriving, inclusive, and diverse team where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed.
