Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into various systems, managing databases, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Accurate Data Entry: Entering data into various systems accurately, including adding new records, updating existing entries, and deleting outdated information to maintain high data integrity.
  • Database Management: Regularly monitoring and managing databases to ensure information is current and reliable, including sorting and batching data for efficient processing and making necessary corrections based on blithequark's quality standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all data entry tasks, generating reports that summarize the data entered, highlight trends, and point out any discrepancies that need addressing by the management team.
  • Data Verification and Validation: Verifying data by cross-referencing with source documents and validating through consistency checks, ensuring that all data entered aligns with blithequark's strict data validation processes to prevent errors.
  • Collating and Preparing Data: Gathering required data from different sources and organizing it for entry into blithequark's databases, preparing raw data files and ensuring they meet the formatting standards necessary for input, analysis, and reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting routine quality checks to identify any errors or omissions in the data entry process, implementing corrective actions and revising data entries to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • System Updates and Maintenance: Performing regular updates and maintenance on data management systems to optimize performance, including installing updates, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with IT support for technical assistance.
  • Adherence to Confidentiality Policies: Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all data managed, in line with blithequark's privacy policies, handling sensitive information responsibly and implementing measures to protect data from unauthorized access or breaches.
