We are seeking talented individuals who share our passion for innovation, customer obsession, and teamwork. **Job Highlights** * Full-time position with a direct contract with blithequark * Weekly pay (every Friday) * Competitive compensation package, including a base salary, monthly wellness bonus, and performance bonus * Comprehensive benefits, including paid personal days, work-from-home equipment, life insurance, and Aguinaldo * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a rapidly growing company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse team of professionals **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for: * Handling three main channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Emails for blithequark's partner merchants, customers, and dashers worldwide * Addressing time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting with professionalism in a timely manner * Developing deep expertise in how blithequark's processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes * Demonstrating effective communication skills and relationship-building * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in every interaction **Essential Qualifications** * At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting customer issues using email, phone, and chat * Fluent English language skills and above-average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM) * Experience in a fast-paced customer service role and resilience in an ever-changing environment * Effective written communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using blithequark's brand voice and tone * Highly motivated individual with excellent teamwork and communication skills * Above-average technological fluency, including smartphone application navigation, computer function navigation, and email management **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role or industry * Knowledge of blithequark's products and services * Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes * Certification in customer service or a related field * Fluency in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and quality in every interaction * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to supporting our employees' happiness, healthiness, and overall well-being.
