**Role Highlights**
* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and incentives
* Enjoy flexible work-from-home hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
* Participate in our fast 20-hour certification program to become a TurboTax Product Expert and earn a $310 bonus
* Take advantage of our Turbo Bonus Boost, earning an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th
* Work with a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to support your success
* Build a schedule that suits your needs, with a minimum requirement of 30 hours per week
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to TurboTax customers via phone, email, and chat
* Answering questions and resolving issues related to TurboTax products and tax return software
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Collaborating with your SME and MPS to ensure seamless support and advocacy
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
