**Job Summary**
As a Product Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for driving the development of our contact center stage, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a key member of our CS Innovation team, responsible for ensuring that our customer support capabilities are aligned with our business goals and customer needs. This is a senior role, requiring a high degree of autonomy and leadership, but also a willingness to collaborate and work closely with others.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute product roadmaps for our contact center stage, working closely with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Collaborate with our customer support teams to understand their vision and challenges, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
* Manage the development and deployment of new features and enhancements, working closely with our engineering and design teams.
* Work with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve customer experiences.
* Develop and maintain relationships with our external partners and vendors, ensuring that our contact center stage is aligned with industry best practices.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our customer support capabilities.
* Collaborate with our business stakeholders to develop and execute business cases for new product initiatives.
* Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
**What We're Looking For**
* 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products or services.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on innovation and growth.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
* Experience working with cloud-based contact center solutions, including CCaaS, CPaaS, and UCaaS.
* Experience working with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
