**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling all aspects of customer interactions, including ticketing, reservations, and luggage check-in
* Proactively greeting customers, assessing their needs, and providing solutions to their queries
* Influencing customers to use airport facilities in a way that enhances their experience
* Maintaining a positive image of blithequark at all times
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
* Performing a variety of tasks in accordance with the practical work location assignment, with the ability to be cross-trained and perform all functions
* Working rotating shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Occasionally working outdoors
**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and typing (at least 30 wpm)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, tone, and pronunciation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience and/or education in ticketing is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
