As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a critical role in driving the development, implementation, and support of AI (ML) models that power our attractions and create unforgettable experiences for our visitors. We're committed to making a positive impact on our visitors' lives and creating a world where imagination knows no bounds. **Your Role** As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with colleagues to drive the development and implementation of AI (ML) models that create magical experiences for our visitors * Identifying areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML * Leading and working with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions that meet our functional objectives * Driving innovation, idea validation, and client communication that leads to the growth of top-tier AI platforms * Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionizing ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile development methodologies * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders * Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions **Favored Capabilities** * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field * Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (desired) **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a rapidly evolving industry * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * A competitive salary and bonus structure * The chance to work on high-impact projects that make a real difference in people's lives * A fun and inclusive company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about data science, AI, and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
