**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer support and consulting services to our small business advertisers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and effective support to customers through inbound phone calls, emails, and chats
* Consulting with customers to understand their business goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve success
* Educating customers on the value of blithequark's advertising solutions and highlighting their investment returns through ad performance metrics
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and solutions-oriented manner
* Staying up-to-date with blithequark's products and services, and adapting product recommendations to suit customer needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
* Achieving and exceeding monthly goals and targets
**What It Takes to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
* Passion for local businesses and understanding of their importance in local economies
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to track and complete numerous details
* Ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional and solutions-oriented manner
* Willingness to receive and implement feedback
