We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving routine problems and questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Utilize your bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge, as well as company policies and procedures, to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English: The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages is essential for this role.
  • Residency in New Mexico**: We require that all candidates reside in the state of New Mexico to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience**: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Open availability**: You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • High school diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment**: You must have a dedicated workspace in your home that is free from distractions and interruptions, ensuring you can focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking**: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies**: You must be willing to learn new technologies and systems, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge**: Proficiency in using a computer and navigating various software applications is required.
  • High-speed internet**: You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for upload and download.
  • Valid U.S. address**: You must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
