We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving routine problems and questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Utilize your bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge, as well as company policies and procedures, to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English: The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages is essential for this role.
- Residency in New Mexico**: We require that all candidates reside in the state of New Mexico to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.
- 1+ year of customer service experience**: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
- Open availability**: You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
- High school diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Quiet, distraction-free work environment**: You must have a dedicated workspace in your home that is free from distractions and interruptions, ensuring you can focus on providing exceptional customer service.
