Print & Marketing Services Intern
Join Staples as a Print & Marketing Services Intern to support retail and digital merchandising through research, analysis, and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
• Maintain merchandising marketing calendar by entering promotions and submitting coupon codes
• Manage SKU set-up and maintenance process
• Conduct competition analysis, maintaining calendar and reporting relevant data, online experiences, new product ideas, presentations, and pricing
• Perform market research, gather industry data, track trends, themes, competitive shopping to assist with item selection and new service offerings
• Collaborate closely with dedicated and cross-functional teams on new strategic initiatives to drive sales and margin growth
• Support ad hoc product information requests including generating and analyzing reports
• Monitor and report ongoing performance for initiatives relative to financial goals
About You
The company is looking for:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments
