Account Manager (Beauty & Personal Care)

Overview Account Manager / Client Services professional will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our insights platform services to beauty and personal care brands. This role requires a customer-centric individual with a deep understanding of the beauty and personal care industry and a proven track record in account management and client services. Reports directly to the CMO. Responsibilities • Lead client communications including the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth setup and delivering comprehensive training sessions and product updates • Respond promptly to client inquiries, collaborating with technical support and product development teams to resolve issues and proactively mitigate potential challenges • Analyze client usage data, providing insights and recommendations, and deliver regular reports on key metrics at both the client and industry level • Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell additional services, and present renewal proposals, meeting and exceeding retention and expansion targets • Develop and update training materials to support client education • Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies, participate in cross-functional meetings, and support new team member training Qualifications • Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably within the beauty or market research industry • Strong understanding of the beauty market and industry trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding account management targets • Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Benefits • Comprehensive Health (PPO), Dental, and Vision Insurance Plan Coverage • Unlimited PTO Policy • Remote and flexible location options (though company operates on Eastern Standard Time) • Salary $65k - $80K, plus annual bonus and equity participation based on qualifications Daash.co is an equal opportunity employer.
