We're seeking part-time remote Therapists in California to join our diverse, mission-driven, and collaborative team.
Compensation
You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate
• $140–$160 per session for initial assessments
• $85–$100 per session for ongoing therapy
Compensation covers both session time and required documentation
To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 7 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate
You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on your performance

Your schedule & commitment:
Caseload: Manage at least 15 clients per week (option to take on more hours)Available Hours (All PST):
• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
What you’ll do
• Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support
• Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care
• Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles with a supportive clinical community
• Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner
Who we are looking for:
• Licensed Mental Health Professional in California with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience
• Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
• Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools
• Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare
