Remote Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish)

Responsibilities • Assists customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues. • Resolves problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention. • Acts as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement and support of department and company objectives. • Ensures productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met to exceed customer and Luxottica Retail expectations. • Uses courteous and professional language in all communications. • Works effectively in a team environment to create win-win resolutions to problems. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent. • 1+ year(s) experience in a customer service environment. • Fluency in Spanish. • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers. • Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math skills. • Customer service orientation with a commitment to resolving customer issues on the first contact. • Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Strong English and Spanish comprehension with good grammar. Nice-to-haves • Associate degree or higher. • Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position. • Luxottica Retail store/field experience.
