Position: Full-Time Special Education Case Manager (Remote) Location: Virtual Support for Northern California School District Duration: 20252026 School Year About the Role: VocoVision is looking for a dedicated Special Education Case Manager to provide remote case management services for a high school caseload. This full-time role begins immediately and extends through the 20252026 academic year. Responsibilities: • Manage indirect special education services virtually for assigned students • Collaborate with on-site educators and staff to develop, monitor, and adjust IEP goals • Track student progress and ensure compliance with all applicable standards Qualifications: • Valid California Special Education Certification • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or related field • Experience in virtual educational settings preferred • Required professional liability insurance for 1099 contractors Position Details: • Caseload: High school students • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday • Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor • Start Date: Immediate through the end of the 20252026 school year Interested in joining a dynamic virtual education team?
