Job Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator will manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, support users, perform configuration, and ensure smooth functioning of the Salesforce platform. The role is ideal for a strong Admin with experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud support and user management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets.
• Configure objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards.
• Manage data quality, data loads, and duplication audits.
• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements for enhancements.
• Support Service Cloud users (Cases, Console, Knowledge, Omni-Channel).
• Assist in deployments, sandbox management, and testing.
• Monitor platform usage, licenses, and system performance.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technical teams for break/fix and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–6 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, flows, automation builder, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud or Sales Cloud processes.
• Experience with data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM-201) required.
• Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,644.41 - $115,184.66 per year
