Job Description
We are looking for a versatile Content Writer with strong domain knowledge in Energy Management and a deep understanding of the B2C business model. The ideal candidate is familiar with the US market, its language nuances, and consumer behavior. This role requires someone who can write with clarity, emotional depth, and educational value—serving as a guide or consultant through content that informs, engages, and inspires.
Responsibilities:
- Create clear, compelling, and emotionally engaging content tailored to the Energy Management domain.
- Write, rewrite, and refine content to align with brand voice, messaging, and audience needs.
- Educate and guide readers by simplifying technical concepts and presenting information in an accessible, consumer-friendly manner.
- Develop content that resonates with a B2C audience, with a focus on the US market’s tone, culture, and expectations.
- Support content strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on market understanding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all written materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content writing with strong storytelling and emotional writing skills.
- Knowledge of the Energy Management domain (required).
- Understanding of B2C business models and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with the US market, including tone of voice, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to educate, guide, and simplify complex topics for a broad audience.
- Strong writing, editing, and rewriting abilities with attention to clarity and accuracy.
