Part-Time Multi-Client Controller - Remote
Job Description:
• Remote position
• Flexible hours
• Build relationships with clients
• Manage difficult client information
• Supervise bookkeeping for small businesses
• Coordinate a team of international bookkeepers
• Be a trusted advisor
Requirements:
• Experienced in accounting for multiple companies (in-house or firm)
• Titles: Controller, Finance Manager, Full Charge Bookkeeper, Director of Accounting, etc.
• Hands-on experience in QuickBooks
• Ideally worked with several clients simultaneously
• Knowledgeable in accounting (degree not strictly required)
• CPA and/or ProAdvisor preferred
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
• Great at building strong client relationships
• Excellent professional communication skills (fluent in English)
• Tech-savvy with good computer skills
• Adaptable and fast learner
