Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a 2D whiteboard animation created to be a Virtual Assistant with experience producing whiteboard animations and trending video content for YouTube. The ideal candidate is skilled in modern animation tools, understands current YouTube content trends, and can produce high-quality, engaging videos that align with the client’s brand and storytelling style. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: • 2D Whiteboard Animation Video Creation • Create high-quality whiteboard animation videos using: • Vyond • VideoScribe • Doodly • Animaker • Design storyboards, scripts and illustrative elements. • Optimize videos for audience retention and viewability. • Incorporate voiceovers, sounds and transitions. • AI video • Produce short and long-form trending YouTube videos based on current platform trends. • Add captions, hooks, transitions, thumbnails and voice covers. • engaging visual elements. • Optimize videos for audience retention and viewability. • Content Support • Collaborate with the client on video concepts, messaging, and branding. • Maintain asset libraries and organized project files. • Deliver high-quality videos aligned with deadlines and content calendars. Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: • Proven experience creating whiteboard animated videos and AI videos. • Proficiency with or other platforms to create videos. • Vyond • VideoScribe • Doodly • Animaker • Understanding of YouTube content styles, trends, and engagement techniques. • Strong attention to detail and creative visual storytelling. • Ability to follow brand guidelines and client instructions. • Clear and professional English communication (neutralized accent). • Reliable, organized, and capable of delivering consistent content output. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
