Read on for more details! A respected Monterey-based speech clinic is currently hiring a Remote Pediatric Bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist. Position Overview: • Full-time or part-time availability • Deliver evaluations and treatment plans for Spanish-speaking children • Collaborate with a supportive team in a fun, professional virtual setting • $54–$66/hour, dependent on experience (guaranteed pay) Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Must have a current California SLP license • Must have completed Clinical Fellowship-CCC's required • Pediatric private practice experience required • Must be comfortable with medical billing and documentation in an outpatient clinic setting • Bilingual in Spanish and English • Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and related technology Compensation & Benefits: • Group health insurance (80% employer-paid) • Paid time off, sick leave, and holidays • 401(k) with employer match, plus cash balance retirement plan • Generous CEU allowance • Professional liability coverage • Flexible work schedule tailored to your needs If this sounds like the role for you, let's chat!
