Physician / Illinois / Locum tenens / Dental Claims Cash Poster (Remote) Job

A recognized medical services network has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a newDental Claims Cash Poster. This a Remote opportunity; however, the qualified professional must be able to work EST hours. Responsibilities: The Dental Claims Cash Poster (Remote) will: • Receive payments from insurance companies, patients, or third-party payers • Verify the accuracy of payment information, including the amount received, date of payment, and payment method • Enter payment details into the practice management or billing software accurately • Reconcile payments received with the corresponding dental insurance claims • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between the expected payment and the actual payment received • Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions related to dental claims • Keep track of payment trends, denials, and other relevant financial data • Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: • 5 years of Collections / Follow-up experience, including at least 3 years of experience with Cash Posting • 2+ years of experience with dental claims • High School Diploma / GED • Proactive and Metrics Driven approach to efficiently working collections • Customer service oriented Desired Skills: • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree A recognized medical services network has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a newDental Claims Cash Poster.
