Epic Certified Pharmacist Analyst – Willow Inpatient, Willow Home Infusion
Job Description:
• Responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting.
• Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes.
• Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation.
• Ensure that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
• Instruct, direct, and check the work of other Application Analysts, personnel, and project team members.
• Act as project leader for projects with moderate to large budgets or system-wide implications.
Requirements:
• Doctor of Pharmacy/Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Pharmacist License (KY or IN) required.
• Recent/relevant technical experience in medication management integrated with an EHR preferred.
• Appropriate certifications or licensures (if applicable) required within 6 months of hire.
