Role: Team Lead Recruiter
As a Team Lead Recruiter, you will:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients and industries
• Build and maintain pipelines, talent pools, and market relationships
• Conduct interviews, client intake calls, and strategy sessions
• Coach your team to hit KPIs and deliver outstanding client experience
• Assist with business development and identify new partnership opportunities
• Represent NRG with professionalism, integrity, and excellence

Compensation Structure (1099)
NRG provides one of the strongest commission pathways in the start-up staffing space:
Base Commission (your placements)
• 10–20% of total placement fees earned
• Tiered growth the more you produce
Bonuses
