[Remote] Senior Advisory Consultant – Executive Dashboard / KPI Strategy

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Advisory Consultant to support the Executive Dashboard Development Initiative. The role focuses on defining institutional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establishing a framework for a unified executive dashboard, while mentoring internal teams and guiding project management best practices. Responsibilities • Coaching and Facilitation • Mentor client teams on KPI development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement approaches. • Model effective meeting structure, documentation methods, and communication practices. • Provide templates, tools, and constructive feedback to drive consistency across project and analysis activities. • Shape a structured Phase 1 work plan and governance model. • Ensure all outputs are actionable, measurable, and aligned with organizational priorities. • Contribute to a readiness assessment and roadmap for Phase 2 dashboard implementation. • Coaching and facilitation plan • Updated KPI discovery templates and documentation tools • Team feedback summary with recommendations • Phase 1 executive summary including findings and readiness assessment Skills • 10+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or organizational transformation • Demonstrated success coaching teams on KPI strategy, analytics, or executive reporting • Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • PMP, IIBA, or Prosci certification Company Overview • Established in 2009, Vantage Point Consulting has provided Staffing and Software Solutions to the US market.
