CRM Architect Salesce Administrator
## Responsibilities
Serve as administrator for a Salesforce instance, responsible for day-to-day configuration, user support, and platform maintenance.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, reports, dashboards, Salesforce Flow, and page layouts to support business needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
Implement improvements that enhance usability, efficiency, and data accuracy across the platform.
Maintain data integrity by creating validation rules, implementing data governance processes, and conducting regular audits.
Provide user training and support, helping team members adopt best practices and maximize platform value.
Monitor system performance, usage, and issues; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as needed.
Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, and recommend relevant enhancements for the business.
Support reporting and analytics needs by developing and maintaining useful reports and dashboards.
Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure transparency and continuity of operations.
## Requirements
Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with knowledge of both Sales & Service Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
Experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and security and sharing settings
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
Self-starter who can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
