Each keyword must trigger: •A greeting + a pre-written message associated with that keyword • Only one response per user per keyword (avoid duplicate messages caused by IG or ManyChat delays) • Apply a tag to the user after sending the message, so the system knows they already received it • A notification/reminder after 2 days so I can manually follow up The following flow outline (generated previously with ChatGPT) shows what is needed: A single, immediate automatic response when someone sends a keyword through Instagram DM. ________________________________________ IDEAL FLOW STRUCTURE IN MANYCHAT 1.
