Chief People Officer (CPO) AI SaaS Digital Consumer Products, Government, Education (Remote/Equity)

American AI has quietly built real traction across government, enterprise, education, and consumer AI. Now we’re looking for a Chief of People — not an HR lifer, not a recruiter — a connector of humans at scale. Someone who sees talent the way others see markets. Someone who can spot the outliers, the polymaths, the builders, the rare few who make impossible things happen — and bring them home to us. This is a long-term leadership and equity role (up to 25% equity across multiple divisions, each with its own revenue stream). You’ll help shape the culture and future of one of the fastest-moving AI companies in the world.
