Holistic Student Development: Advise students on leadership opportunities, internships, and community involvement to ensure they become well-rounded candidates. One-on-One Counseling: Provide individualized counseling tailored to each student's aspirations, including personalized timelines, application strategies, and school selection advice. Collaborative Support: Work with parents and other counselors to keep everyone aligned with the student's progress, offering regular updates and insights. What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in college counseling, education, or related fields. Strong communication skills and the ability to guide students in developing their personal narratives for college applications. Knowledge of the college admissions process and familiarity with top universities and programs. Passion for mentoring and helping students realize their academic potential.
