Director, Corporate Counsel – California Employment Attorney
Job Description:
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the business
• Provide practical and actionable guidance on employment law matters
• Focus on HR-related legal issues across California, Washington, Oregon, and other West Coast jurisdictions
• Manage and advise on EEOC claims and broader employment law issues across the West Coast.
• Collaborate with and oversee outside counsel to ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 7 - 10 years of legal experience
• Proven expertise in providing employment law advice and managing litigation
• Direct experience with West Coast employment law required
• Active JD and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).
