Of Counsel - Part Time/Remote

Job Description: Consumer law firm is looking for licensed attorneys to join the firm in an Of Counsel capacity to represent consumers in debt collection matters. This is a part-time position, that can easily supplement an attorney's existing practice, and add an additional revenue stream. We currently handle four thousand clients per month nationwide and are growing, so there is a possibility to move into a full-time position depending on performance and the firm's needs. Compensation: Compensation will be per summons with a scaled increase depending on pleadings and litigation. Alternative pay structures are possible depending on the laws of your states, experience, and performance. There is potential to make significant income with volume growth, as well as a future option to become a full-time member of the firm. If you have multiple state licenses, you may be eligible for further increases in volume.
