The Director provides strategic leadership to balance long term strategies and short term imperatives to achieve the organization’s business objectives and ensure client satisfaction. The Director enhances operational performance by setting the tone and pace of hospital client engagements, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from client engagement delivery. Qualifications • 10+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience in Acute or Ambulatory care settings in a supervisory capacity for accounts receivable management. • Bachelor’s degree or higher required in business related field; Healthcare Administration preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be considered.
