The Impact You’ll have As a Senior Front-End Developer at Lanai, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces within our B2B SaaS multi-tenant architecture. Your work will be crucial in enhancing our capabilities, particularly in AI-enabled productivity tools and administrative interfaces for managing tenants and their complex governance policies. Key Responsibilities • As a Senior Front-End Developer at Lanai, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces within our B2B SaaS multi-tenant architecture. • Your role is crucial for enhancing our capabilities in AI-enabled productivity tools and administrative interfaces for managing tenants and their complex governance policies. • Development and Architecture: Engineer and implement maintainable, robust front-end applications that solve enterprise-specific problems while ensuring optimal user experiences. • Instrumentation and Monitoring: Use observability tools to provide insightful monitoring and alerting across our applications, helping optimize user experience proactively and drive feature adoption. • Leadership and Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior developers, take initiative in architectural decisions, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that remains open to team input. • Innovation and Analysis: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies that could enhance our system architectures or development practices. What You Bring • Experience: Proven track record in developing end-user and administrative applications within multi-tenant B2B SaaS architectures. Experience in creating end-user productivity tools is highly desirable. • Technical Skills: Expertise in TypeScript and React, proficiency with asynchronous communication technologies such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events, and experience with UI design tools including Figma. • Front-End Specific Skills: • State management libraries – Redux • In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest • Experience with UI frameworks and design libraries Material-UI, Ant Design. • Additional Skills: Ideal candidates would have experience in public API engineering, GraphQL and NoSQL • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead projects independently, excellent problem-solving skills, and aptitude for incorporating feedback constructively. • Analytical Mindset: Strong interest in analyzing complex systems, with a keen eye for improving efficiency and performance. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at clearly conveying complex technical ideas.
