Sr. Full Stack Developer, (FT/REMOTE) (USC or GC Reqd)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with strong Frontend expertise to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications with a primary focus on the frontend and API tiers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions in an Azure cloud environment, the work will be mostly on the Frontend-side, however, the ideal candidate is agnostic of the stack/layer, as from time to time there will be work in other stack/layers, such as the backend. Responsibilities • Design and develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces using the latest versions of NextJS, React, and TypeScript • Create and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in an Azure DevOps environment • Containerize applications using Docker and related technologies • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality through testing and documentation • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance Requirements • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in frontend development using NextJS, React, and TypeScript • Extensive experience with Python backend development, particularly with FastAPI • Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases • Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices • Proficient understanding of Docker containerization and microservices architecture • Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Nice-to-haves • Experience with .NET development • Healthcare industry background or experience • Strong understanding and practical implementation of authentication/authorization systems (OAuth, OIDC, JWT) • Experience developing HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications • Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 FHIR • Experience integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems • Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks Benefits • Competitive salary commensurate to related experience (roughly around 110k -135k annually) • Quality of life with a remote predictable, full-time schedule • Medical, Dental, Vision coverage + more • 401K with company match • Long-term disability insurance, and life insurance • Ample parental leave • Certification Reimbursement • Holidays and Flexible paid time off Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
