Risk and Compliance Analyst

We are hiring a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our Group Risk and Compliance team, supporting the Group Chief Risk Officer and the broader function. This is a high-visibility role that blends coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement with exposure to strategic risk and regulatory matters across the FNZ Group. You will be a key operational partner to the Group CRO, helping to drive the rhythm of governance and reporting while ensuring the team remains aligned and on track. The role involves a significant amount of coordination, follow-up, and administrative oversight, including chasing inputs, compiling reports, and preparing presentations. These tasks are essential to the smooth running of the function and require someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. While the role has a strong operational foundation, its scope is not limited to these activities. You will be expected to grow with the role, contributing to the evolution of our risk frameworks, supporting regulatory initiatives, and helping shape how the function delivers value across the business. You will also act as a critical support to the wider Group Risk and Compliance team, helping to ensure consistency, clarity, and momentum across our global activities. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and track the Group CRO’s book of work and associated budget • Manage inputs and deliverables for risk and compliance committees across regions • Prepare high-quality presentations and reporting packs for senior audiences • Follow up on actions and ensure timely responses from stakeholders • Support the embedding and maintenance of the Group Risk Framework • Assist with documentation reviews, framework updates, and project work • Provide operational support to the wider Group Risk and Compliance team Requirements • Strong understanding of risk and regulatory environments, ideally within financial services or technology • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a sharp eye for detail • Confidence working with senior leaders and coordinating across global teams • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with calm professionalism • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves • Experience in risk, compliance, or governance roles with a focus on execution and delivery This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to strategic risk topics, and help shape the way risk and compliance operates across the FNZ Group.
